The Kingston Academy is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Sixth Form Manager to join our dedicated Sixth Form team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a successful and ambitious Sixth Form. Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher of Sixth Form, you will provide high-quality administrative support, helping to create an environment where students are encouraged and empowered to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional organiser with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency. You will be confident working independently, using your initiative to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while delivering a high standard of customer service to students, staff, parents, and external partners. Previous administrative experience is essential, and experience within a school or educational setting would be an advantage. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, are also required.
