Isebrook School is a secondary special school for over 250 awesome students. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team who have experience of working with young people who may have severe or complex learning difficulties, social and communication learning needs and /or ASD and associated behaviours.

within our Salon. If

Our
vision is to open the salon to provide services for both our students and
members of the public. We want to
develop real life experiences and opportunities that support our students to be
successful and develop a range of skills that will support them into adulthood.
As the Salon Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our student salon, ensuring the highest standards of service, professionalism and education. You will play a crucial role in preparing our students for adulthood by fostering essential life skills and attributes, as well as in planning lessons and developing a well-sequenced curriculum, including growing the salon’s community use.
