· We require a high calibre and experienced teaching assistant to work in one of our Additionally Resourced Provision classes. Knowledge and experience of working with children with severe and complex needs is a requirement of this post. A paediatric First Aid qualification would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Makaton, however, training can be offered.
The successful applicant will have:

Experience of working with children with sensory and complex needs (desirable)

A passion for education and commitment to work alongside the teachers to
provide a high quality individualised learning environment

A commitment to contributing to the positive ethos of the school
·
Training or experience in speech and language or occupational therapy would be highly
desirable
