Make a real impact in children’s lives

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated leader to lead our brand new extended school provision. If you’re passionate about creating fun, safe and meaningful experiences for primary aged children, this role is for you.

As our Wrap Around Care Manager, you’ll lead the team, plan engaging activities, build great relationships with families, and ensure every child feels supported, happy and safe.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

  • A solid understanding of child development

  • Excellent organisation and admin skills

  • Creativity in planning varied, age appropriate activities

  • Experience supporting children with SEN

  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

  • Food hygiene and paediatric first aid (desirable)

 You’ll Be Great At

  • Communicating professionally with parents, staff and children

  • Building warm, positive relationships

  • Using initiative and staying calm under pressure

  • Working as part of a supportive team

  • Applying effective behaviour management strategies
