About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Behaviour Support Mentor to join our committed and nurturing primary academy. This is a pivotal role where you will lead behaviour support strategies, model excellent practice, and help create a calm, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all pupils.

37 hours per week - Monday to Friday, term time only.

In this role, you'll

Deliver targeted interventions to support positive behaviour and learning outcomes
Work closely with teachers, SENDCO and pastoral teams to create a supportive environment
Plan enrichment activities and life skills sessions to prepare pupils for successful transitions
Monitor and improve behaviour strategies across the academy
Resolve difficulties causing concern as quickly as possible
