As an Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff, providing a professional and warm front of house service. You will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the school, helping ensure an efficient and effective learning environment for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities
Managing reception duties and handling enquiries in person, by telephone and email
Maintaining accurate pupil records and school databases
Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
Coordinating communications with parents, staff and external agencies
Assisting with finance, admissions and general administrative tasks
Supporting school events and day-to-day operations
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Is organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is confident using IT systems and school databases (e.g. Bromcom or similar)
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality and a commitment to safeguarding
