About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our pastoral team. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, you’ll be making a genuine difference to pupils who need that extra support.

You’ll work closely with pupils, staff and families to:

  • Provide pastoral and emotional support
  • Help pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn
  • Support behaviour and wellbeing across the school
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

  • Has experience working with children (school or similar setting)
  • Is compassionate, calm and approachable
  • Can build positive relationships quickly
  • Is a team player who wants to be part of something special
  • Has a real passion for supporting children’s wellbeing
