Do you have the patience of a saint, the energy of a toddler on juice, and the organisational skills of a headteacher in July? Then we need you!
We’re on the hunt for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team and help us work classroom magic every single day.
🎯 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- ✨ Boost young minds – cheerlead, encourage, and help pupils discover their “I can do this!” moments
- 📚 Lead interventions – turning “I’m stuck” into “I’ve got it!” with targeted support
- 👩🏫 Support the teacher – be their right-hand hero (or left, we’re flexible!)
- 🎨 Get creative – adapt lessons, explain concepts, and maybe even bust out a song or two
- 🧠 Spot brilliance – every child has it, and you’ll help them shine
You Might Be Perfect If You:
- Hold a Level 3 TA qualification ✔️
- Have a sense of humour sharper than a freshly sharpened HB pencil ✏️
- Are calm in chaos (aka wet playtime energy management)
- Believe stickers are a valid form of currency
- Can switch from phonics to playground duty in 0.3 seconds
