About this Role

Vacancy:         Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Cover)

 Contract:         Permanent

 Grade:             TSPT 6, Point 17-21

 Hours:              18.75 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

                        08:30 – 15:45 with 1 hour unpaid break, Monday to Wednesday

 Salary:             £11,645 - £12,772 (FTE £26,100 - £28,626)

 Start date:        ASAP

The Role (will include)

 

·        Covering classes.

·        Working with large groups.

·        Assessing / marking learning.

·        Communicating with teachers to deliver planning.

·        Internal and external training

 

The Person (must):

 

·        Have experience of working in schools supporting learning.

·        Have a desire to professionally improve.

·        Have good communication skills.
