Are you excited about teaching, keen to make a difference and ambitious for your future career?  Would you like to work as part of a supportive and friendly team who are passionate about improving the life chances of all pupils?

The Midfield Primary School Tree House is an additional resourced provision which serves pupils with a diagnosis of ASD. Many of our children enter school with poor social and communication skills so it is essential that applicants for the post demonstrate clear and articulate oral language.

If you’re an excellent teacher with drive and enthusiasm who hopes to become part of professional and dedicated team, this could be the role for you. Recent CPD in specialist settings and/or ARPS is essential.

The Spring Partnership Trust strives to offer the very best education within our power to every child we can reach.  Our member schools are part of a family that shares its knowledge, expertise and resources to change children’s lives. You will be committed and passionate about raising standards and life chances for all children in an inclusive environment.

Our Schools/Trust and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children.  For all shortlisted candidates, references will be requested in advance of the interview and an online search will be carried out. The successful applicant will be subject to a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure and checks regarding proof of ID, medical clearance and the right to work in the UK.

We are proud of our diversity and inclusive culture in our work place. We welcome all applications regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, pregnancy, maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership.
