We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to work with the Senior Leadership Team in creating, inspiring and embodying the Christian ethos and culture of our Church Academy, securing its mission statement with all members of the school community and ensuring an environment for teaching and learning, that empowers both staff and students to achieve their highest potential.

We are looking to appoint a talented and committed professional with the qualities, skills and drive necessary to fulfil this key role.

• Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure that they buy-in to the school’s Vision and Values?

• Lead by example, providing inspiration and motivation for staff, pupils, parents and governors in ways that reflect our Academy Mission Statement and Values?

• Be the exemplar of quality inclusive teaching in the school, ensuring that all pupils develop study skills, in order to learn more effectively and with increasing independence?

• Work within a team to take appropriate action to monitor, evaluate and review the effects of the curriculum and the priorities of our Academy?

• Demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, adaptability and a positive outlook?

• Show a passion for getting involved in extra curricular activities and wider school life?
