About this Role

  • Term weeks: 38 + 2 weeks school closure, minimum paid weeks of 45.979 per academic year

Main responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the day to day operation of our Inclusion Hub, leading a specialist team to ensure all students have the best possible chance of success whilst working in line with the whole school expectations.
  • Develop, deliver and monitor the effectiveness of a range of programmes, activities, courses, and opportunities to provide all necessary support for all identified students.
  • Liaise closely with teaching staff and support staff to provide personalised support for all identified students that leads to them engaging in learning and achieving in line with their potential
  • Attend and actively participate in regular inclusion meetings and carry out agreed action points.
  • Contribute to the welfare and child protection team
