The Howard School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Maths Teacher to join the Maths Department, to start from September 2026.

We’re looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to support students in developing confidence, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of mathematics. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, encourage positive learning behaviours, and help learners achieve their full potential.

This is a full time, permanent role, paid on the STPC MPS/UPS, dependant on experience.

The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5000 which is split into the following payments - £2500 subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, and a further £2500 to be paid upon one year service. 

This post would suit an experienced or Early Career Teacher with good prospects for career development.
