We are a small, popular village primary school in East Challow, surrounded by beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, within the Vale of the White Horse.

 We are looking for someone...

  • Ideally trained in Paediatric First Aid
  • To work as a Teaching Assistant under the direction of the Class Teachers and/or senior members of staff to provide safe, high quality education and care for our youngest children
  • Who knows how to instigate positive interactions and be an active role model to ensure the children have the most engaging, productive and exciting day possible! 
  • Who is keen to continue with their own personal development and access available CPD.
  • With experience of working in a school
  • Who is a positive, friendly and approachable team member with a positive attitude 
  • Who is creative and flexible in their role
  • Has a passion for working with children
  • Has good knowledge/experience of Early Years
