We are a small, popular village primary school in East Challow, surrounded by beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, within the Vale of the White Horse.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our thriving school as part of a small team of  dedicated staff in a supportive, nurturing and energetic environment where staff health and wellbeing is a priority.

We are looking for an outstanding and creative teacher to join our team on our exciting journey of school improvement. Working closely with parents, Governors and the wider community.

We offer our staff a supportive and happy place of work, where each staff member is encouraged to fulfill their potential.

Our successful candidate will be passionate about innovative learning, leading to the best possible outcomes for our children.  They will be flexible in their approach and sensitive to children’s varying needs, and be committed to contributing to the wider life and ethos of the school.

Our children are enthusiastic, confident, happy, kind and a pleasure to teach.  They thrive in an environment where their academic and personal achievements are valued and celebrated.
