About this Role

As a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) at All Saints National Academy  part of St Chad’s Academies Trust, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to succeed academically, socially and emotionally. Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping to remove barriers to learning and enabling pupils to achieve their potential.

You will contribute to a calm, respectful and purposeful learning environment built on trust and harmony, where pupils feel safe, valued and confident. Through your dedication and positive relationships, you will support pupils’ engagement, independence and enjoyment of learning, adapting support to meet a range of needs, including SEND.

At St Chad’s, service and community are central to our ethos. You will work as part of a collaborative team of colleagues, supporting teaching and learning across the academy and contributing positively to academy life. You will be encouraged to share ideas, reflect on practice and take pride in supporting children and families.

We are dedicated to colleague wellbeing and professional respect. You will be supported through clear expectations, training opportunities and a culture that values teamwork and care for one another. We welcome applications from candidates who are child-centred, patient and committed to inclusive practice, and who are aligned with our values, regardless of faith background.

The Trust is committed to being a Flexible Employer and welcomes open discussion around flexible working options.
