About this Role
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at The Bramble Academy for an 18‑month fixed-term apprenticeship.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about starting a career in education and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a successful Teaching Assistant. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced staff while completing a nationally recognised Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard.
As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will receive dedicated support from school staff and your training provider to ensure you develop the competencies outlined in the apprenticeship standard, including safeguarding, curriculum support, behaviour management, and effective communication.
