We are seeking to appoint a qualified Alternative
Provision Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with an excellent understanding
of good and outstanding teaching practice. The successful candidate will be
confident, resilient, and skilled in delivering high-quality teaching to pupils
with diverse and often complex needs.
About the role
You will teach small classes of up to 15 pupils, as
well as small group and one-to-one interventions, adapting your approach to
meet individual learning, behavioural, and emotional needs. The role requires a
positive, flexible and solution-focused approach, with high expectations for
pupil progress, behaviour, and personal development.

organisational skills, able to build strong professional relationships with
pupils, colleagues, parents, and external agencies. A willingness to contribute
to the wider life of the provision is essential.
