The successful candidate will:
· Demonstrate excellent teaching with high expectations

· Show an understanding of TPP
· Have an eagerness to support and promote outdoor learning opportunities
Work positively as part of a supportive team, including collaborating effectively with peers and mentoring relationships across the school
