About this Role

Pear Tree Mead Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can also cover our busy lunchtimes for us.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Have excellent communication skills

• Be calm, resilient, and resourceful

• Be able to work with children with a variety of SEND

• Be highly motivated and well organised

• Show initiative and work as part of a team

• Attend relevant training and apply a range of skills and strategies with the classroom

• Has experience of working with children including Early Years

Salary: Scale 3 Point 5 - £18,469.87 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)

1 Year Fixed term contract – with the possibility of becoming permanent
