East Allington Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
individual to join our friendly and supportive team.
About the role
The successful candidate will work to facilitate the learning and
development of children alongside teaching staff and other experienced support staff.
We are looking for someone who, ideally:
- Has an understanding
of child development
- Has experience
supporting children
- Has knowledge of
teaching approaches, including play-based learning
- Demonstrates
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can build
positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
- Is patient,
empathetic, and passionate about supporting young children’s wellbeing and
progress

Fluency in English
