About this Role

We are looking for someone who ideally

Has a strong understanding of child development
Has experience supporting children with special educational needs, including adapting strategies to meet individual needs
Has knowledge of effective early years teaching approaches, including play-based learning
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting young children’s wellbeing and progress

The successful candidate will work as 1:1 support to facilitate learning and development.
