Job summary
Queen’s
Crescent School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and high-quality teacher
to teach KS2, with vision and creativity, who enjoy working as part of a
dynamic and committed staff team.
We

Our School
Queen’s Crescent School is a two-form entry primary school, based in Chippenham with over 400 pupils on roll across 14 classes. In 2014 the school became a single academy trust and subsequently joined Pickwick Academy Trust in 2017 as one of the four founding schools. Queen’s Crescent is a vibrant school and our energetic, caring and positive staff are committed to providing the best primary education for all of our children. Children learn best when they feel happy and safe, so we aim to provide a nurturing environment that allows them to succeed but also feel safe to make mistakes along the way. In such an atmosphere, we believe that every child can achieve their full potential, irrespective of ability or background. Our curriculum is broad and balanced and delivered by means of stimulating learning enquiries that build on prior knowledge and skills, preparing each individual for the next phase of their education and life beyond school. We are currently investing significantly in our IT infrastructure to support the delivery of the curriculum enabling our teachers to teach in new and dynamic ways which in turn results in fantastic outcomes for our children.
