About the role
As Data Manager, you will ensure that academic data systems
within the academy are developed and maintained. The role will provide accurate
and clear management information and lead on all aspects of data management.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team, the role will
ensure consistent, reliable and valid data collection and reporting facility is
in place across the Academy. It is vital you can produce data as and when
required in all formats and report styles.
The Data Manager will be responsible for the management of
the school management information system currently SIMS, and other web-based
systems. The postholder will oversee the processing of assessment data,
providing accurate student data performance information as and when required.
The role will be working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
all year round.

About you
We are looking for an organised, analytical individual who
can analyse, interpret and present complex data to a variety of end users. The
successful candidate will have experience working with data, ideally in an
educational setting and managing statutory returns. You will have a good understanding
of procedures and legislation relating to confidentiality and data protection.
