About this Role

We are looking to recruit a SENDCo to join our leadership team.  This is an exciting role for an experienced SENDCo or someone who is not yet a qualified SENDCo, but has experiences within SEND.  This role includes a small teaching commitment within our school's nurture provision. We offer strong support from our Trust Head of SEND, and the successful candidate will work collaboratively with other SENDCos from across the Trust.  We also offer coaching and access to the SENDCo accreditation (NPQ for SENDCos).  We can be flexible with both the salary offered and the working pattern, e.g. part time or full time.  Applicants should make it clear within their personal statement whether they are seeking a full time or part time role, and, if part time, the number of days they would ideally be interested in.
We can also offer flexibility with the start date which could be the start of the school year,  or later if the successful candidate is not yet available or required to work a notice period. We are also able to offer a handover period with our current SENDCo who is relocating.   Please note that our INSET days for the new school year begin on 28th August and the successful candidate will be required to attend, if appointed for the start of the new year.
