contract: 25 hours per week, term time only including INSET days (39 weeks)
Required
hours: 7.30am-9.30am and 3pm-6pm Monday to Friday (these hours are negotiable though the Kids Club times there are certain times you would be required when the club is open the admin times could be flexible)

hours will be incorporated with these times.

G scale point 11-17 £25,979.00-£28,770.00 (depending on experience FTE)
Actual Salary £15,232.92-£16,869.44

Budbrooke Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, and highly motivated Wrap Around Care Manager for it’s Kids Club to help and support our ever expanding out of school provision.
The successful candidate will assist the team in the delivery of creative and appropriate play opportunities and provide general care and welfare for the children,
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion to provide quality childcare and able to plan and manage activities.
Typical Tasks
Ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare in a safe and caring environment, working to national standards
• Monitor and review the quality of care for children, working to national standards
• Manage and lead a team of nursery staff/playworkers and a deputy
• Manage the Kids club budget, ensuring effective spending and ordering when necessary.
• Plan, organise and manage events and activities.
• Ensure that appropriate materials, resources and equipment are available and in safe working order
• Ensure the collection, maintenance and updating of data/records relating to children and staff, providing reports as appropriate.
• Manage occupancy levels
• Implement effective parent liaison programmes and processes.
• Ensure effective communication and liaison with parents, other professionals, outside bodies and organisations
• Plan, organise and manage fund-raising activities
• Promote the kids club to the community and potential users, through effective marketing of services.
• Review, amend, update Kids Club policies and procedures in accordance with national and local requirements
