careers. We pride ourselves on creating a school that is friendly, safe, and

forefront of our minds in all decision making.
We work in conjunction with PDET, to offer comprehensive CPD
and development support. What does this mean exactly?
… to help you flourish. Alongside 35 other
primary schools across the Peterborough Diocese, we drive pupil and staff
achievement; by encouraging one another and building each other up.
Whilst support during the initial stages of your career if
vital, PDET recognise that continuous professional development is essential to
maintain standards and achievements for our pupils and maintain confidence and
challenge in our staff. Consequently, continual opportunities are sustained
throughout your career with PDET, whereby access to leadership secondments,
transfers and training can be provided, alongside the opportunity to work
across more than one school, of which we have a great variety, ranging from
small village schools to large urban schools.

our curriculum. In our extensive outdoor area, we have a beautiful
wildlife garden that hosts our bird watching observatory, mini beast hotels,
