About this Role

Teaching Assistant

Due to the  SEND need in Austin Farm Academy, we currently require an NVQ Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant. We are seeking to recruit a highly supportive, friendly and experienced Teaching Assistant. The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to demonstrate - a secure level of understanding of SEND needs, particularly ASD and ADHD, The successful candidate needs to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and learning, to join our team In September 2026. Teaching Assistants with a minimum level 2 requirement or above, and/or an excellent, proven track record of experience  are welcome to apply.  This role is available due to some additional funding the school has received and has a fixed term end date of 31/8/2028.
