 About the Role

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Primary Trained Teacher with a dynamic and inspirational approach to teaching. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students with EHCPs and students that are continuing to require support to bridge the gaps in their learning. The proposed provision aims to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports students in developing:

  •  Communication, interaction, and social skills
  • Independence and life skills
  • Literacy and numeracy
  • Access to the curriculum with tailored support
  • Qualifications relevant to future education and employment
  • Integration into the wider school community and local area

 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status with experience in primary education
  • Experience working in a school environment, ideally within SEND
  • Strong understanding of effective teaching strategies and the ability to adapt to meet individual needs
  • Excellent communication skills with pupils, parents, and carers
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues and external professionals
  • A firm commitment to the Trust’s vision and values
