About the
Role
We
are looking to appoint an exceptional Primary Trained Teacher with a dynamic
and inspirational approach to teaching. The successful candidate will play a
key role in supporting students with EHCPs and students that are continuing to require
support to bridge the gaps in their learning. The proposed provision aims to
provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports students in developing:
- Communication, interaction,
and social skills
- Independence and life skills
- Literacy and numeracy
- Access to the curriculum
with tailored support
- Qualifications relevant to
future education and employment
- Integration into the wider
school community and local area
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified
Teacher Status with experience in primary education
- Experience
working in a school environment, ideally within SEND
- Strong
understanding of effective teaching strategies and the ability to adapt to
meet individual needs
- Excellent
communication skills with pupils, parents, and carers
- A
collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues and
external professionals
- A
