About this Role

We are looking for a part time Receptionist/Administrator to join our team here at Dogsthorpe Academy!

You can expect to support the office team in a range of reception/administrative and clerical duties such as compiling data and creating and maintaining databases and other computerised systems. You will also be a point of contact for parent/carers, will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle messages and administer first aid. 

To be successful, you will be confident, able to multi task, ‘think on your feet’ and have experience of providing a professional administration service in an educational setting with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures. 

You must possess excellent communication, customer service and literacy skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of policies and systems. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365, have experience in working with data and have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure. 

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday 13:00 - 16:00
