Main/Upper Pay Range + TLR 1 (1) £10,174

Permanent/Full Time

For September 2026

We are seeking an ambitious and values-driven SENDCo to join The Cooper School, part of the Acer Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to lead SEND within a caring and inclusive school community at the heart of Bicester, where high expectations and a commitment to developing the whole child sit at the centre of everything we do.
As SENDCo, you will play a key strategic role in shaping inclusive practice across the school, ensuring every learner can thrive. You will lead SEND provision, support high-quality teaching, and work in partnership with staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and secure strong outcomes for all.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring leader with a strong moral purpose, who believes in the power of inclusion and is ready to make a lasting difference. In return, you will join a collaborative Trust and a school committed to continuous improvement, professional growth and ensuring every student succeeds.
If this opportunity resonates with you, we warmly encourage you to visit us and see for yourself what makes The Cooper School such a special place to learn and work.
