About this Role

Heathland School is looking for  creative, positive and committed teachers to join our amazing staff team.

Heathland School is part of The Whitefriars Heathland Federation, a multi-academy trust comprising of two outstanding schools, Heathland school and Whitefriars School in Harrow. Heathland School is a 3-form entry primary school judged to be outstanding by Ofsted 2010 and 2014. Our Federation of two schools is underpinned by a Values based ethos that helps everyone work together cooperatively with mutual respect. We promote harmony through dialogue and reflection. From the early years to the Year 6 we offer an active curriculum that is designed to engage and excite all our pupils. We take an individualised ‘next steps’ approach to learning to ensure that all pupils make excellent progress. Our pupils make rapid progress in an environment of positivity and care where expectations are high. Our Values are at the heart of everything we do and we believe that anyone can learn anything when they feel safe, secure and happy.

Heathland School are looking to recruit brilliant Key Stage 1 and 2 teachers. We would like to find staff who share our values-based ethos and can create a dynamic classroom culture that enables pupils to fully engage with well-planned and delivered lessons. This role will require reliable and enthusiastic teachers who are able to build strong relationships with all pupils across the school to help them become successful lifelong learners.

Why join us?

  • A supportive and collaborative environment
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • A diverse and inclusive school community
