About the role

Are you passionate about supporting children to thrive and reach their full potential? Do you enjoy working as part of a supportive team in a nurturing school community?

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our committed team. This role will involve supporting individual pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), as well as working with small groups of children across the school in both classroom settings and targeted interventions.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

· Is adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting children’s learning

· Has recent experience of working with children, ideally including those with SEND and neurodiverse needs (e.g. autism, ADHD)

· Can engage and inspire children

· Is patient, resilient and able to celebrate small steps of progress

· Works effectively as part of a team

· Has high expectations for all pupils

· Pays close attention to detail, particularly when supporting individual needs

· Is willing to undertake relevant training and professional development
