About this Role

We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and proactive Site/Facilities Manager to join our team at Aspire Academy. As Site/Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the security, safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of all school buildings, grounds, and facilities, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and students.

In this vital role, you will manage and direct our premises staff, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong facilities management experience, preferably in an educational or similar setting
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and upkeep
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices
  • A positive attitude that aligns with our Trust values of Kindness, Respect, and Teamwork

Job Details

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Full Year

Line Manager: Principal/ Trust Facilities Lead 

Travel Required: Occasional
