The Rushden Primary Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust, opened in September 2015 and reached full capacity in September 2021. The Academy boasts a state-of-the-art building with a dedicated team who aim to provide a vibrant, purposeful environment for children to learn. The Role:
You will be responsible for supervising pupils during lunchtime, ensuring their safety, welfare and positive behaviour. Oversee all designated areas where pupils gather, including playgrounds, playing fields, dining areas and classrooms as required. Promoting positive relationships and support children in resolving minor conflicts through restorative approaches. Ensure school policies, procedures and behaviour expectations are consistently applied. Report safeguarding, health and safety, or behavioural concerns promptly and appropriately.
