We are seeking to appoint a friendly, organised and
reliable Receptionist / Administrator / Office Apprentice (GAT 4) to join our busy school office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys
working with people, is confident in a front-facing role, and is keen to
develop their skills within a supportive school environment.
About the role
As the first point of contact for parents,
carers and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and
professional environment for our school community.
You will support the day-to-day running of the school
office, with a focus on attendance, communication and administrative
systems, and act as a key link for health and safety processes.
The hours are 37 a week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am to
4:30pm and Friday 8.:00am to 4:00pm (half an hour for lunch)
