About this Role

To support the teaching and learning of pupils in Year 5, working under the direction of the class teacher and other relevant staff. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, particularly in English and mathematics, and will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupil progress.

Hours - 34.5 a week - Monday 8.30am to 3.30pm, Tuesday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am to 3.30pm, Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm & Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm.  39 weeks per year - term time plus training days.

The role is for a one year fixed term contract that could become permanent for the right person!
