Salary: £30,160 – £35,530 (pro-rota £25,907 - £30,520)

 

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the Humanities team at Ditton Park Academy.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning, places students at the heart of everything they do, and is committed to raising standards and transforming lives. Our sustained approach to school improvement is underpinned by strong collaborative working, alongside both support and constructive challenge.

The successful candidate will have high expectations for all students, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to supporting every learner to achieve their full potential.
