The Directors of St Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Academy Trust are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring, and highly motivated Achievement Support Assistant (L2 TA) to work as part of the team at St Mary Queen of Martyrs VC Academy supporting teaching and learning with a particular focus on supporting our most vulnerable pupils including those with SEND and/or Social, Emotional needs.
32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 2 training days.
Please note for this role applicants are required to have the Early Years Educator L2 or Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification as listed on the approved DfE’s Early Years Qualification List (EYQL).
The successful candidate will work across the school giving appropriate support for pupils of all abilities, some of whom have SEND. You will support teaching staff with the children’s social, emotional and academic progress, delivering interventions to enhance pupils learning and provide supervision and care of children at various times of the day.
