About this Role

Design & Technology is a valued subject for us at University of Birmingham School. There are two large classrooms, fully fitted with state of the art machinery, which allows for the teaching of a range of disciplines within Design & Technology including Graphics, Resistant Materials, Woodwork, CAD, Electronics, and Product Design. Design & Technology is a popular subject both at KS4, where we currently offer GCSE Design and Technology.

 

The successful candidate will motivate and inspire both staff and students within the department, demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, and be committed to inclusion and the well-being of every young person. Importantly, they will also have outstanding subject knowledge.
