About this Role

  1. Westcott Primary School is expanding its team and is currently in search of a dedicated and motivating Achievement Support Assistants to join our group of talented professionals. We pride ourselves on being a compassionate and nurturing school that embraces restorative approaches.     Our goal is to find an exceptional Achievement Support Assistant who will inspire our students to unlock their full potential. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working one-on-one and in small groups with pupils who require additional support. They should possess excellent teamwork skills, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative. By becoming a part of our dedicated and hardworking team, they will have access to exceptional support and opportunities for continuous professional development.
