Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, 38.2 weeks per year (includes first PD day of academic year), Mon-Fri 8:30-3pm with 30 minute break)
Salary: ALT Grade B £17,311.32 - £17,44.50 Annually Actual

As a central member of our support team, this role combines administration, communication and problem-solving to provide the efficient foundations that enable learning to flourish. Working closely with colleagues, families and the wider community, the successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive, collaborative approach, making a meaningful contribution to both the daily life of the school and the experience of every child.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, including correspondence, record keeping, reporting and use of school systems.
- Act as a key point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils and staff, managing enquiries professionally.
- Support attendance processes, including monitoring records and first-day absence procedures where required.
- Maintain accurate information, process forms and returns, and ensure compliance with school and Trust procedures.
- Assist with events, meetings, communications and other activities that support the effective running of the school.
