The Role

You will deliver high‑quality, engaging A‑level Psychology lessons, nurturing students’ curiosity and analytical thinking while supporting them to excel academically. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing a strong Psychology curriculum, using creative approaches that make learning relevant, rigorous and exciting.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has proven experience of teaching A‑level Psychology, with a strong understanding of exam specifications
  • Is able to deliver dynamic, thought‑provoking lessons that engage and challenge students
  • Has excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Psychology
  • Believes in every student’s potential and is committed to inclusive, high‑quality teaching
  • Has passion about pupil development and supporting them to achieve their best
  • Embraces professional development and contributes positively to department and whole‑school life
