About this Role

Are you interested in part-time work?  Ruislip High School requires Examination Invigilators to assist with the supervision of all public and internal exams throughout the year. Public exam seasons are January and the summer term, with the bulk of exams taking place in the summer term during May and June. Internal exams are scheduled throughout the school year.

Successful candidates will work as part of a pool of invigilators and you will be supported by experienced Lead Invigilators. We are interested in applicants who are available any day of the week (Monday – Friday) and we can offer flexible hours.

Duties will include supervising students taking examinations, preparing exam rooms and distributing and collecting exam papers. The ideal applicant will be highly organised, vigilant and reliable, have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.  A training session will be run for successful candidates.

In joining Ruislip High School you can expect to work in an environment where teaching and learning is at the heart of everything we do; and where all staff work as a community to support our students to fulfil their potential in line with our school’s motto: from grass roots to reaching for the sky.

Applications should be made through My New Term. Information about our school is available on our website: www.ruisliphigh.com.  Please note that we do not accept CVs.
