About this Role

Senior Teaching Assistant

33.5 hours per week, term Time Only (39 weeks)

Salary: NJC SCP 14- 18 (£27334 - 29269 FTE)

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Teaching Assistant to join Old Trafford Community Academy at our established and successful primary academy, which is proud to be part of Focus Trust.

To succeed in the role of Senior Teaching Assistant you will need to be a committed practitioner with excellent interpersonal skills  who is enthusiastic, innovative and inspirational.

The role of a Senior teaching Assistant will require you to be flexible and have the ability to work across the  school with children of different ages and abilities. Your role will require you to support in class, with individual pupils and / or small groups. Our Senior Teaching Assistants will also be required to provide cover for whole class groups.
