a proven track record of securing strong pupil progress and outcomes,
especially for vulnerable children

excellent knowledge of securing strong foundations in EYFS and KS1 to ensure
pupils are exceptionally well prepared for their next phase

Demonstrates
reflective, evidence-informed classroom practice
ü
Has
high expectations of all pupils academically and personally
ü
Builds
strong, professional relationships with children and families
ü
Is
adaptable, creative and committed to continuous professional learning

Contributes
positively to a collaborative team ethos
