The Role
As a Team Leader, you
will:

Provide strong, values-led leadership across your year
group and beyond
·
Model consistently high-quality teaching and
learning
·
Drive standards and pupil outcomes, especially for
vulnerable pupils
·
Lead curriculum development across the school
·
Support and develop colleagues through coaching and
professional dialogue
·
Work closely with senior leaders to evaluate impact
and inform school improvement priorities
This role requires a
leader who combines high expectations with emotional intelligence, strategic
thinking and a deep understanding of how children learn.
