About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic lead teacher of Business/IT to join our growing community at an exciting time for our academy.
We would love to hear from you if you are an inspirational Business/IT teacher who makes learning fun.
We are seeking to appoint a teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning and who is prepared to strive to enable every student to achieve their potential.
This post would suit a more experienced teacher looking for a new opportunity.
We are a mixed comprehensive High School which admits students from Year 9 through to Year 13. We also have a bespoke specialist provision, Tudor Grange Academy Treetops, which admits students from Year 7 with an EHCP stating a primary need of complex social communication and interaction difficulties, including autism.
Tudor Grange Academy Redditch is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share and demonstrate this commitment.
We offer an Employee Assistance Scheme provided by Schools Advisory Service - unlimited access to advice, information, and face-to-face counselling support on a range of issues, including emotional, personal, legal, and financial, or relationship issues for yourself and those living within your household.
We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, and the successful applicant will be subjected to an enhanced DBS Check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
All applications are considered on their merit, and the post is offered subject to the usual health and criminal record clearance.  We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
