We are looking for a committed and reflective Class Teacher to join Red Oak Primary School on a fixed-term basis for one year, bringing strong classroom practice and a genuine belief that every child can succeed. This role centres on delivering high-quality, well-structured teaching, adapting learning to meet individual needs and building positive, purposeful relationships that help pupils thrive. Working as part of a collaborative team within the Active Learning Trust, the successful candidate will contribute to a culture of high expectations, shared learning and continuous improvement, where colleagues support one another to achieve the best possible outcomes for every child.
