Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET) is seeking a dedicated, proactive and highly organised Site Manager to join our committed team, initially at Whitehall Park with potential to work across multiple sites later. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment  where  every child can Learn, Enjoy and Succeed.

As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, well-maintained and welcoming, enabling pupils, staff and visitors to thrive every day.


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Perform routine inspections and complete repairs (e.g. carpentry, painting and general maintenance)

  • Lead on Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and safeguarding policies

  • Has strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a collaborative team

  • Is self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for inclusive education and high expectation with a hands on approach and direct operational involvement

  • Believes in providing all children with the very best start in life as part of our core believe in a  'strong start'.
